Donna Seidenberg graduated magna cum laude in 1978 from the University of South Florida and is the principal of the firm.  The firm currently services in excess of one hundred and fifty associations of all sizes from Monroe County through Palm Beach County.  These services include all facets of accounting and tax services ranging from assessment collection and bill paying through preparation of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements for associations.  Ms. Seidenberg has been providing CIRA accounting and tax services for almost thirty years.  She is very active with Community Associations Institute and is a recognized speaker on a national and local level.
